The "Journal of Church History" (ZKG) offers, as an interdisciplinary scientific journal, summaries of major thematic complexes, as well as individual studies, text publications, and literary reports on important church-historical publications, regardless of denomination.
On special occasions (anniversaries, current debates, etc.), thematic issues on central areas of church history are published.
The editors, internationally recognized experts in their field, vouch for the quality and balance of the contributions covering each church-historical epoch from the early church to the present day.
